I am delighted and humbled to serve this community as Principal at the historic Berean Christian Jr. Academy.  With over 16 years of experience as a K-12 educator, my passion for this work continues to overflow.  I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama and a Master of Science degree in Educational Media Technology and Design from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.  I have had wonderful opportunities to teach and mentor students of all ages in a variety of educational settings.  If I’m not teaching or tending to my administrative duties, you may find me on the basketball court, flag football field, or singing in various choirs and groups.

 

Here at BCJA, we take a holistic approach to educating our young scholars with Christ as the foundation of it all.  Through these rich and varied experiences, students embark on a journey to developing a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ, while blossoming  into resourceful, resilient, reflective individuals, capable of deep reasoning, able to take responsibility for their own lives and play their part in the rapidly changing world in which we live.
